A restful stay for a successful conference
The luxury accommodations at The Briars will keep your conference attendees well rested and energized so that everyone can make the most of your time with us. After team building and learning sessions, your team will have the opportunity to relax and freshen up in the comfort of their rooms.
Whether you enjoy the luxurious guest rooms in our main inn or continue the team building or executive retreat with one of our private cottages or lodges, everyone in your group will enjoy our amenities. High-speed wireless internet will keep everyone connected, along with a data jack and touch tone telephone with voicemail. Rooms also have a flat screen TV with cable or turn your attention to the outdoors and fresh air with beautiful views of the resort.
Conference attendees can enjoy coffee or tea in their room to start the day off right, and supplies are replenished daily as part of our housekeeping service.

Inn Guest Rooms
The guest rooms located within our main building have much to recommend them with patios or balconies, and some have wood-burning fireplaces as well. You can choose rooms with one king, one queen, two double, or two twin beds.
Our private cottages are situated in picturesque settings by the lake and golf course, to let your attendees take a restful break from conference meetings and activities. Each cottage has a deck and wet bar, and many also have electric fireplaces.
Keep your group connected while providing privacy for each individual. Our shared private lodges have 7 or 10 bedrooms as well as a private living room and a deck. Each bedroom has a private 4-piece bath.
Note: All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on many guest room patios and balconies.
Our professional conference team can help you to understand all of your options for accommodations, meeting rooms, team building activities, meals, and so much more. Talk to Shelby Doan, or Corporate Group Sales Coordinator, and let her help you plan a conference to remember.
