Toronto conference locations and meeting roomsThe Briars' conference rooms are specially designed for successful meetings in comfortable environments:

  • All conference rooms are broadloomed, air conditioned, temperature and lighting controls (many, also offer natural lighting), comfortable upholstered chairs (some meeting rooms offer ergonomic chairs) and Easy access to the outdoors for quick breaks.
  • Touch-tone speaker phone with data port & wireless High speed internet access. 
  • Standard AV is on site, and included in your package:  Flipcharts, screen, notepads, pens, markers, whiteboard, lecterns, microphones, sound system, extension and power cords (Other equipment is available on a to-rent basis).
Meeting room capacities listed below are maximums. Space may be reduced by audio/visual and other needs. Lodge living rooms also provide casual meeting spaces with soft seating, a television, water, glasses and ice.
