Come in, relax and enjoy traditional and contemporary favourites — including homemade pastries — all prepared in our kitchen. Executive Chef Trevor Ledlie has included delicious ingredients from local farmers and our gardens. You simply can’t get fresher than that!
Our dining rooms have all been redecorated, accented with crisp linens, silver plate and fresh flowers or plants in season. The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable, with attentive dining room service. The resort's indoor spaces are non-smoking.
We have carefully selected the best from Ontario wineries and breweries, recently adding organic wine and a biodynamic wine. The beer and wine list is augmented by an excellent selection of across the world. Our dining rooms are fully licensed.

Resort guests and visitors are welcomed in our dining
rooms. For visitors not staying with us, reservations
are recommended, including for the Saturday evening candlelit dinner-dance.
Drinkwaters lounge serves snacks and light meals, a great place for a relaxed meal or a libation. There is live music and dancing on long weekends
and most nights in July and August.
