Our chef and culinary staff are skilled and add creative flair to their work, resulting in fresh seasonal dishes and a delightful dining experience for any occasion.
Whenever possible, we use fresh local and organic products and our featured desserts are made in-house.

The Briars Dining room is considered by most to be the heart of the hotel. Spread across 3 unique dining spaces:
The Coach House, The Garden Court, and the Manor House Dining room
Our dining rooms blend nearly 200 years of history into one gorgeous space.
Drinkwaters Lounge provides a cozy and casual atmosphere while serving snacks and light meals. This is a great place for a relaxed meal or a just a few cocktails with friends or loved ones.
All of the resort's indoor spaces, including the dining rooms, are non-smoking.
