Each living room features comfortable seating where you can join together for a drink, a game or a movie in in front of the fireplace. The wet bar area, with refrigerator, allows you to prepare cold snacks and hot drinks. Cottages each have two four-piece baths, except Shelter and Birdie have one. Leacock Cottage is handicapped accessible. Pinewood is pet-friendly. Two cottages have a small third bedroom. Six cottages have spectacular lake views. Add $40 per adult for lake view in Mid and High season.

The Governor Simcoe Suite – This second-floor suite, located in the inn's Leacock Wing, features a foyer, large living room and two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and four-piece whirlpool bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has queen bed, four-piece whirlpool bathroom, and large balcony overlooking the entrance, gardens and woods. Pinewood Cottage has a spacious living room with wet bar and refrigerator, a cozy fireplace nook and a double pull-out sofa, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and large sky-lit four piece bath with whirlpool tub. One bedroom features a queen bed, four piece bath and screened verandah.

Leacock features a living room with wood burning fireplace, TV, comfortable seating, wet bar with refrigerator and glass door to a private patio/garden which looks across the lawns to the Golf Club. Two bedrooms each have four-piece bath, one of which is designed for a wheelchair [king bedroom]. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a twin beds that can be converted to king if we are told beforehand.

Each of two bedrooms has a resort king bed and four-piece bath with soaker tub. The king beds may be converted to twins when requested at time of booking.
This rustic cottage has views of Lake Simcoe and is conveniently located steps above our small beach. Shelter Cottage features a living room with TV and wood burning fireplace, a balcony and a wet bar with refrigerator. There are two bedrooms—one with king bed and one with double and single bed. A unique feature, Shelter also has a third small bedroom with a single bed.
