Our Guest Rooms are located in several areas of our Ontario inn, and in the cottage area. The rooms have one queen sized or one king sized bed, or two twin beds. Each has a TV, comfortable seating and 4-piece bath, and comfortable seating with pleasant views of gardens or lake. Most have a patio or balcony. Some are available with interconnecting doors to create suites. Rates vary with view, fireplace and extra amenities.

Guest Rooms at The Briars
The Lakeside Guest Rooms are in The Boathouse and Lakeside Cottages. Each have private entrance, lake view and a walk-out directly onto a deck and/or garden overlooking Lake Simcoe. The gardens are sheltered by huge pines and are beautiful in all seasons. These rooms are available with king, queen or twin beds. Each room also has a gas fireplace and a wet bar with refrigerator. Some rooms have pull-out sofas.
Named Rooms are larger than our inn guest rooms and include spacious seating areas with a two-seater sofa and wet bar with refrigerator. Some have fireplaces.
The Leacock Wing includes the Mariposa, a studio room with king bed, four-piece bath, wood burning fireplace, sitting area and wet bar. The balcony overlooks the Fountain Court, lawns and lake.
Inn Guest Rooms are located in the Bourchier Wing. Inn Plus Guest Rooms are in the Leacock Wing. They are beautifully appointed with queen, king or twin beds. Each room features a balcony or patio. Comfortable seating in each room includes either a big comfy chair or a love seat sofa bed or a two-seater sofa bed. Each room has a four-piece bath.Inn Plus Guest Rooms also have a refrigerator, an extra basin, pod coffee maker, bath robe(s) and many have a wood-burning fireplace.All accommodations come with the following amenities:
