First Tee, with seven bedrooms, and Mayfair with ten bedrooms, are Private Lodges. Every bedroom has a flat - screen TV, seating area and private bath. Each Lodge has a spacious living room with comfortable seating, TV, wet bar and refrigerator, a deck overlooking the lake and a lawn area with campfire. The Lodges are located adjacent to the golf club, a seven to ten minute walk or two-minute drive from the inn. Complimentary shuttle service is available. Private lodges are exceedingly well-suited to family gatherings, social reunions and small business retreats.

With ten bedrooms and views over the lawns and Lake Simcoe, Mayfair is an ideal retreat. Each bedroom has either king, queen or twin beds, an ensuite four-piece bathroom, television and telephone. The eight downstairs rooms each have a deck. The comfortable second-story living room features a wet-bar and refrigerator. Mayfair lodge is large and well-suited to group games, conversation or small meetings. A walkout deck has views of the lake.
Seven-bedroom First Tee has a lovely lakeside location. It is finished throughout with beautiful, fragrant pine and features many heritage wicker furnishings. The spacious living room has doors that open toward the lake, a boardroom and wet bar with refrigerator.
