In the early 1800s, the Swedish Massage was developed to work the body's soft tissue and lymphatic system. Using a combination of highly effective, specific strokes, Swedish Massage relieves muscular aches and pain, reduces tension, improves circulation and restores range of motion to joints. This treatment is performed only by a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.).

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a more "specific" therapeutic treatment for those who are active. This treatment is an excellent choice for those suffering from chronic aches and pains or following a workout, hike or a game of golf. This treatment is performed only by a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.).

Aromatherapy Massage

A soothing massage using beautifully scented natural essential oils known for their medicinal properties. Aromatherapy Massage is an excellent choice for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. No receipts issued.

Pre-Natal Massage

Pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints, especially the lower back. Mom will be positioned for support during the massage, using pillows and padding to ensure the safety for mother and baby. A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) performs this treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

60 minutes: $99

This European body massage increases circulation and improves lymphatic flow. An aromatic blend of essential oils will be custom blended and applied during the massage to facilitate detoxification. A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) always performs this treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

75 minutes: $125

The lingering heat from the smooth river stones on the body will melt away muscular tension. The stones will then become an extension of the therapist's hand for a uniquely soothing massage. You will experience a state of relaxation within minutes for a complete body, mind and soul treatment. Recepits may apply.

Stone Flex

A relaxing massage using heated river stones on the body, enhanced by reflexology on the feet and a scalp massage will take you to a deeper level of relaxation. A seasonal blend of essential oils will be used during this treatment. Receipts may apply.
