You are welcome to enjoy lunch at The Briars whether you are staying overnight with us or not. There are no reservations required for Drinkwaters Lounge or the Fountain Court Patio, however, reservations are recommended for the dining room.

The menu is offered in the dining room, Drinkwaters lounge and on the patio.

For overnight guests with lunch included in your package, you may choose what you like from this menu at no additional charge. For visitors to our dining room and overnight guests who do not have lunch included in your package prices are subject to HST.
