Spa Receptionist/Administrator (Full Time & Part Time)
The Briars Resort & Spa is looking for a Spa Receptionist/Administrator to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our clients. In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other receptionist duties as needed. You will also direct clients to the proper areas upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa and massage services. Our ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and some related experience, such as in a receptionist role or an administrative role in a medical office. Additionally, the Spa Receptionist/Administration assists with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed.
Registered Massage Therapist (Full time, permanent)
The Briars Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled registered massage therapist. When you join the team at The Briars, you are joining a family in a tranquil and relaxing environment. We take pride in providing new staff with a warm welcome and excellent care both for our staff as well as our guests.
Our therapists will greet and welcome clients, and develop treatment plans for them that ensures the treatment plans are suitable. To flourish as a registered massage therapist at The Briars Resort & Spa, you should be able to understand clients’ needs and expectations while being able to answer all massage-related questions. Ultimately, an outstanding massage therapist should make the client feel secure and safe which develops trust and a memorable experience.
Sales Coordinator (Full Time, Permanent)
The Sales Coordinator role supports The Briars sales initiatives by setting and attaining the monthly as well as annual targets and operates with management and clients to determine business requirements in The Briars target market. The Sales Coordinator is instrumental in building relationships with new business and maintaining relationships with return guests/groups.
Night Guest Services/Security (Full Time, Part Time)
Position summary: Guest Services 30%, Security 25%, Janitorial 40%, Other 5%. Under minimal supervision from Management and/or Duty Manager, will provide Guest Service, Security, and Janitorial duties for the resort after hours.
Front Desk Agent (Full Time, Hourly)
The Front Desk Agents primary function is to ensure the courteous check in and check out of Resort guests in an energetic, outgoing, and welcoming manner. As the first point of contact you will provide knowledge and insight about the various activities and programs at The Briars and in local area. Th Front Desk Agent is a very important part of our team goal to ensure guests are given an exceptional experience, they are a key contact that guests rely on during their stay.
