Chipshot Cottage

Beautifully located overlooking Lake Simcoe and steps above our small beach, Chip Shot Cottage offers a living room with comfortable seating, electric all-season fireplace, flat-screen TV and glass doors to a spacious deck. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. There are two bedrooms: one has a resort king bed that can be split into two twins with notice, and one bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed. There are two bathrooms: one is a four-piece bath adjacent to the living room, and one is an ensuite bathroom in the double/twin room.
