Membership is $10 and immediately brings special membership pricing, as well as early access to events and promotions for the remainder of the calendar year. Membership will remain complimentary if you stay three nights each calendar year, stay more and your benefits grow! See the chart below.

Terms & Conditions
- Membership Rates – year-round special discounts on standard packages (B&B, Dinner and Breakfast)
- Early Access to Seasonal Special Promotions before public including special events and packages.
- Room Upgrade – Based on availability, can not be confirmed unitl 24 hours before check-in.
- 48 Hour Cancellation – Qualifying Members may cancel with 48 hours notice by 4pm on day of arrival with no penalty. Regular notice is 14 days prior.
- Late Check-out – Receive complimentary late check-out depending upon level - Based on Availability.
- Early Check-in – Receive complimentary early check-in 24 hours prior - Based on Availability.
- Welcome Gift – Gold and Diamond Members will receive a special gift each time they stay.
- Welcome Drink – Diamond, receive a complimentary glass of Ontario VQA wine or Craft Beer each stay.
- Stay more for more benefits. See chart for number of total nights required yearly for each level.
- Add membership on your first booking to obtain instant member pricing.
- Not applicable on Special Packages and Group Rates.
- Members may book additional rooms with membership rates as long as member is present during check-in.
- The Briars reserves the right to discontinue this program at our discretion.
