Terms & Conditions

  1. All resort gift certificates* do not have an expiry date.

  2. Available to redeem starting April 1, 2026.

  3. You may use your gift certificates in all applicable facilities at our resort.

  4. Resort gift certificates redeemed for dining are valid only from Friday lunch through Sunday morning of the same week.

  5. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit.

  6. A single gift certificate may be used more than once until its entire value is fully redeemed.

  7. The recreation pass included in our spa voucher may apply to more than one guest, given that all applicable guests redeem their pass during the same visit.

  8. Our spa reserves the right to decide how the recreation pass(es) may be applied. 

  9. Our resort staffs reserve the right to decide whether a gift certificate is redeemable at our facilities or for any booking/event.

  10. We are not responsible for any technical and human errors that may occur during your purchase and the redemption process.

  11. You are not allowed to reuse a gift certificate or spa voucher that has been fully redeemed.

  12. All decisions made by our staff are final.
