Terms & Conditions

  1. All gift certificates* and spa vouchers do not have an expiry date. (*The additional value in your gift certificate will expire 2 years from your date of purchase)

  2. You may use your gift certificates in all applicable facilities at our resort.

  3. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.

  4. A single gift certificate may be used more than once until its entire value is fully redeemed.

  5. The recreation pass included in our spa voucher may apply to more than one guests, given that all applicable guests redeem their pass during the same visit.

  6. Our spa reserves the right to decide how the recreation pass(es) may be applied. 

  7. Our resort staff reserve the right to decide whether a gift certificate is redeemable at our facilities or for any booking/event.

  8. We are not responsible for any technical and human errors that may occur during your purchase and the redemption process.

  9. You are not allowed to reuse a gift certificate or spa voucher that has been fully redeemed.

  10. All decisions made by our staff are final.
