For our overnight guests, we provide a buffet breakfast for most days from June to October.
A breakfast buffet will be provided for all room packages that include breakfast, if you wish to enjoy our a la carte menu, you may upgrade your breakfast package for $15 per person + HST.

Dining at The Briars is always an enjoyable experience and can be included in your package as part of your stay with us. You can enjoy fine dining in Ontario with traditional and contemporary favourites, beautifully served in our relaxed settings. Our chef and culinary staff are skilled and add creative flair to their work, resulting in fresh seasonal dishes and a delightful dining experience for any occasion.
Whenever possible, we use fresh local and organic products and our featured desserts are made in-house.

The Briars Dining room is considered by most to be the heart of the hotel. Spread across 3 unique dining spaces:
The Coach House, The Garden Court, and the Manor House Dining room
Our dining rooms blend nearly 200 years of history into one gorgeous space.
The Main Dining Rooms are open for events only.
Drinkwaters Lounge provides a cozy and casual atmosphere while serving snacks and light meals. This is a great place for a relaxed meal or a just a few cocktails with friends or loved ones.
All of the resort's indoor spaces, including the dining rooms, are non-smoking.
